You must RSVP to receive a wristband. Pick up your Pandora wristband at the Pandora Backyard located adjacent to The Gatsby (708 E 6th Street) on the east side of the building. While you’re there, check out our great sponsor activations and giveaways.
*Note that SXSW badges and SXSW Music Wristbands will be the ONLY credential that grants access into The Gatsby for the Official Evening Showcases. Pandora Wristbands are valid Tuesday through Thursday for access into The Gatsby during for the Daytime Events.

Credentials Needed: Priority access is granted to SXSW Platinum badges and SXSW Music badges.

Hours: 8PM-Midnight (End time subject to change)
Credentials Needed: Priority access is granted to SXSW Platinum badges and SXSW Music badges. Secondary access will be granted to SXSW Film badges, SXSW Interactive badges, and SXSW Music Wristbands.
Thursday, March 15th
Hours: 8PM-Midnight (End time subject to change)

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
The Pandora Backyard is open to ALL ages
Must be 21+ for access into The Gatsby venue
Do I get a plus one with my RSVP?
No, each RSVP only admits one. If you RSVP your name twice you will only get one wristband.
Is my RSVP transferrable?
Sorry, RSVPs are not transferable.
Do I have to bring my printed confirmation to the event?
No need to print out your confirmation. We'll have a RSVP list at wristband pick up.
The name on the RSVP doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
RSVP name must match your photo ID.
Is the wristband valid for all 3 days?
Yes, the same wristband will be valid for all 3 days, Tuesday through Thursday
Do I need a SXSW badge to enter?
Pandora Wristbands are valid Tuesday through Thursday for access into The Gatsby during the daytime session. SXSW badges and SXSW Music Wristbands will be the ONLY credential that grants access into the Gatsby for the night time sessions.
RSVP will be on a first come, first served basis and capped at venue capacity. RSVP does not guarantee admission if capacity is reached. Your invitation is non-transferrable, and there are no plus ones. You must have a valid, government-issued photo ID for entry. Pandora, SXSW, and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any patron at the discretion of Pandora, SXSW, or venue management. In consideration of attending the event, you hereby release from liability and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pandora Media, Inc. and its affiliates ("Pandora"), and SXSW from any losses associated with your attendance at the event, including but not limited to personal injury (including death) and/or property loss or damage. By attending the event, you hereby warrant that you and your guest are 21 years of age or older. By entering and by your presence at this Pandora event (“Event”), you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded by Pandora, SXSW, its affiliates, partners and/or other third party sponsors of (or other third party official hosts of events at) the Event (collectively, “Authorized Parties”). Your entry and presence constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use by the Authorized Parties, in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity, of any resulting photographs, video footage or other content (including without limitation, your appearance, image, likeness, voice and name) (collectively, “Content”), for any purpose whatsoever (including without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes). You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you attending the Event and that you have no rights to view, approve, edit or otherwise use or receive compensation for any of the Content.
